Mnemon is proprietary software developed and distributed by Doticca SRL. The current Windows build is offered free of charge under the terms below and the accompanying product Terms.
Grant of use
Subject to these terms, Doticca SRL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Mnemon on machines you control, for your own development work. Free availability does not grant ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, or branding.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute Mnemon installers or update packages, reverse engineer the product except where applicable law expressly permits, remove proprietary notices, or use Mnemon in a way that violates law or the rights of others. Register only repositories you are authorized to access.
Source availability
Mnemon is not open source. Doticca SRL intends to open-source the product in the future, but no date or open-source license has been announced. That intention does not change these terms or grant rights to Mnemon source code today. Two related engines that Mnemon consumes are already open source: Argos (github.com/teamdoticca/argos) and Mnemosyne (github.com/teamdoticca/mnemosyne). Their licenses apply to those repositories; they do not open-source Mnemon itself.
Third-party components
Mnemon includes or depends on third-party libraries and tools that retain their own licenses and notices. See Acknowledgments for a high-level list. Those licenses are not replaced by this page.
Warranty and liability
Mnemon is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For related product terms, see the Terms page.
